Nachdem alle konservativen Therapiemassnahmen wie Injektionsbehandlung, physikalische Therapien-Polsterung der Fersenkappe im Schuh sowie Stellungskorrektur durch Einlagen ohne Erfolg versucht worden sind, werden häufig auch Stoßwellen vor einer operativen Therapie als sinnvolle Therapie empfohlen. |

Vor Entscheid zur Operation ist die genaue Beurteilung der Fersenstellung, insbesondere Hohlfuß oder Rückfußverkippungen zu beurteilen.
